Bank of Baroda Local Bank Officer Jobs: Eligibility Criteria
The selected candidates will be posted within the State for which they apply for the first 12 years of their service or up to their promotion to SMGS-IV Grade, whichever is earlier. Thereafter, they are liable to be posted by the Bank at its absolute discretion to any of the Bank’s branches or offices or to any place in India.

Mandatory:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute {including Integrated Dual Degree (IDD)}. Professional qualifications in Charted Accounted, Cost Accountant, Engineering, or Medical are also eligible.
Post Qualification Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank as listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India only.
- Experience in NBFCs, cooperative banks, Payment Banks, Small Finance Banks or fintechs will not be considered.

The candidates must be 21 to 30 years of age..

The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months (-1- year) of active service from the date of his/ her joining the Bank.
Selection Process
The selection process comprises an online test, a psychometric test, or any other test deemed suitable for the further selection process, followed by a Group Discussion and/or an Interview of candidates, qualifying in the online test..
