This recruitment drive offers graduates a significant opportunity to gain 1 year of on-the-job training in the banking sector. The selection process is merit-based, with no written examination required. The Apprentices shall be imparted training as per Bank’s requirement. It is one of the most important schemes in terms of quality of training, experiential learning and consists of basic as well as on job training / practical training.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria as of 30.11.2025.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institutes approved by the Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
- The apprentice should be proficient in the local language (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) of the State / UT. The apprentice should produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/certificate
Restrictions: Candidates with prior apprenticeship training or one year of job experience are not eligible.
Salary (Stipend)
The apprentices are eligible for stipend of Rs. 12300/– per month for the engagement period of one year. The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances / benefits.
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 20 to 28 years as of 30.11.2025.
- SC / ST: 5 Years relaxation
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years relaxation
- PwBD: 10 to 15 Years relaxation
