BPSC Special School Teacher Jobs: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must review the eligibility details below before applying for Special School Teacher of Classes 1 to 5 and Classes 6 to 8 under the Education Dept., Govt of Bihar.

Educational Qualifications

Primary Teacher (Class 1 to 5)	Candidates must have completed Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks and D.El.Ed in Special Education (OR) D.El.Ed Certificate/Diploma in Special Education from an Institute recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India, which is equivalent to D.El.Ed in Special Education (AND) Six months of teaching training in the field of differential disability Passed BSSTET 2023 (Paper 1)
Primary Teacher (Class 6 to 8)	Candidates must have possessed a Graduation degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks and must have a valid CRR number of Rehabilitation Council of India along with B.Ed. in Special Education from an institute recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India (OR) Candidates have a B.Ed with Certificate/Diploma from an institute recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India, which is equivalent to B.Ed in Special Education and holding valid CRR number of Rehabilitation Council of India (AND) 06 months of teaching training in the field of differential disability. Passed BSSTET 2023 (Paper 2)

Age Relaxation:

BSSTET 2023 qualified candidates get 10-year relaxation in the maximum age
5 years of relaxation to the Panchayat Government Gram Kachhari employed teachers
10 years of relaxation to Divyang candidates
Retired teachers are allowed to apply (certificate mandatory)
Maximum retirement age: 60 years

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive Rs. 25,000 – 28,000/- Per Month from the organization.
