Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) will Conclude the GUJCET 2026 registrations on December 30, 2025. GSEB will conduct the 26th edition of the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) on March 26, 2026

GUJCET 2026 is being conducted by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) for Admission into various engineering and technology programs (B.Tech./B.E.) and pharmacy courses in the State of Gujarat. Only Students from Gujarat can write GUJCET and candidates Qualified in GUJCET can be admitted to Government, Government-aided, and private Engineering and pharmacy Colleges in the State.

GUJCET 2026: Eligibility Criteria

  • Only Indian candidates are eligible to apply for GUJCET 2026.
  • The candidates must have mandatory subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology.
  • The candidate must have passed the 12th standard in science/maths at a recognized college in Gujarat.
  • The candidate must have passed with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% marks for SC/ST & SEBC category).
  • The Candidates appearing in the 12th examination during 2019-20 can also apply.

GUJCET 2026: Age Limit

Students applying for the GUJCET 2026 exam should not be less than 17 years of age.

GUJCET 2026: Application Fee

The GUJCET Examination fee of Rs. 300/—can be paid online through the SBI ePay System using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking. The fee can also be paid using the online SBIePay “SBI Branch Payment” option at any SBI branch in the country.

To pay in the SBI Branch, Log in to gujcet.gseb.org, and in the payment option of SBIePay, select the SBI Branch payment option and take a printout of the payment slip. The option to fill out the form will be shown only after successful payment. The application cannot be filled in a failed payment status.

How to Apply for GUJCET 2026

1) Registration

  • Open the official website gujcet.gseb.org and click on New Candidate Registration.
  • Enter your surname, name, and Guardian’s name, select gender, enter your mobile number, email ID, and 8-digit password, enter the captcha code, and click submit.
  • You will receive an OTP on the mobile number entered in the form. Enter the OTP to complete the registration process.
  • Save your password for further use

2) Login

  • Enter your email ID or Mobile number, password and security code as shown on the page to login
  • If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot Password” button to reset it

3) Payment

  • Click on make payment
  • Candidates need to pay Rs 300 as GUJCET 2026 examination fee
  • The fee payment can be paid online via SBI Epay System using Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking. Fee can also be paid using ONLINE SBI Epay“SBI Branch Payment” Option in any SBI Branch of the Country

4) Process of Filling the Application Form

  • After payment, you need to fill the application form
  • Enter your detail
  • Enter your educational qualification
  • After check all the details, submit the application form
  • Note down your application reference number for future use

GUJCET 2026 Exam Pattern

GUJCET 2026 is an offline Exam Conducted on the Main Subjects of Maths & Biology Group Students. The Exam Consists of 120 Questions and Each Question carries One Mark. There is a Negative Marking of 1/4 for Each Wrong Answer. Below Table Describes the Information in Brief.
