Education Details
- For both Clerk & Stenographer: Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- Mandatory: Must have passed Matriculation (Class 10th) with Hindi as one of the subjects.
- Computer Skills: Candidates must have proficiency in operating computers (Word processing and Spreadsheets).
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly pay of approximately ₹25,500/- per month (subject to Haryana Govt rules for ad-hoc employees).
Age Limit (as of 31.01.2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 42 Years
Relaxation: Age relaxation for SC/ST, BC-A/B, and PwBD candidates of Haryana is applicable as per state government rules.
Selection Process
The selection methodology varies based on the post:
- For Clerk: A Written Examination consisting of English Composition (50 marks) and General Knowledge (50 marks). Qualifying marks are 33% in each subject and 40% in aggregate. This is followed by a Computer Proficiency/Typing Test.
- For Stenographer: An English Shorthand Test (80 w.p.m.) and its Transcription (20 w.p.m.) on computers, followed by a Computer Proficiency Test.
- Final Step: Document Verification and Interview (if applicable).
