HIMACHAL PRADESH BOARD OF SCHOOL EDUCATION DHARAMSHALA-176213 The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, Dharamshala, has released the HP DElEd CET 2024 notification. The HP D.El.Ed CET will be conducted for Admission to a Two-Year Diploma in Elementary Education.

HPBOSE has released HP DElEd notification. As per the Schedule, HP D.El.Ed exam will be conducted on 8th June 2024. And the Online Application process starts on 20th April and Ends on 10th May 2024.

HP D.El.Ed CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The candidate with at least 50% marks in the higher secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examination are eligible for admission.
Candidates appearing in the 10+2 or its equivalent examination are provisionally admitted, and they must produce their original certificate at the time of counselling/screening.
The candidate should satisfy his/her eligibility before appearing and shall be personally responsible in case if he/she does not fulfil eligibility criteria. It is to be noted that if a candidate has been allowed to appear in the D.El.Ed. CET 2023 it does not imply that the candidate’s eligibility has been verified. It does not vest any right with the candidate for selection. The eligibility of the candidates shall be finally verified at the time of counseling/screening. The information on counselling will be published on the Board’s website separately.
HP D.El.Ed CET 2024 Age Limit
The age limit will be between 17-32 years as of the date of the conduct of D.El.Ed.CET-2024 for all candidates. Relaxation of five years in the upper age limit shall be given to the candidates of reserved categories as per the existing rules regulations and instructions of the State Government issued from time to time; there will be no upper age limit in case of Ex-servicemen candidates only

How to Apply for HP D.El.Ed CET 2024
Candidate can only apply ONLINE for D.El.Ed. CET 2024 through the website www.hpbose.org. Candidate should enter his /her valid details while filling out the ONLINE FORM. Ensure to take print of the computer-generated Confirmation Page with the Registration Number after successfully submitting data, uploading images, and payment of fees for record and future reference.

HP D.El.Ed CET 2024 Exam Pattern
The selection of candidates for admission to 2 Years D.El.Ed course in 12 DIETs as well as 28 Private Affiliated Institutes of the state (as directed by Govt.) will be held on the basis of merit of written test i.e. Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by H.P. Board of School Education Dharamshala
There shall be one question paper in four different series having questions of objective type/ multiple-choice, carrying 100 questions of one mark each to be attempted within 120 minutes. There shall be no negative marking. A candidate shall have to choose the correct answer and shade/darken against the appropriate choice in the OMR response sheet with blue/black ball point pen adhering to the instructions provided. As the answers will be given with blue/black ball point pen by darkening the appropriate circle, the candidates will have no option to change the answers, once given. Therefore, before darkening the circle, correct option/answer may be checked.

NOTE: The question papers of Hindi, English and Numerical Ability shall be of 10+2 standard. The questions of General Awareness will be based mainly on Himachal Pradesh. The candidates must bring a clipboard for resting the OMR sheet for darkening the circles. The question booklet will be set and supplied in bi-lingual i.e. English & Hindi.
