IBPS CRP-PO/MT-XV 2025 Notification PDF: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the IBPS PO Recruitment 2025 Notification on the official website at www.ibps.in. IBPS follows the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for the Recruitment of Probationary Officers / Management Trainees in Participating Banks (CRP PO/MT-XV). The Online Application process started on 01/07/2025 and will close on 21/07/2025. 

IBPS PO 2025 Recruitment & Selection Process

Applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates aspiring to join as a Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee in any of the Participating Public Sector Banks listed at (A) for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP- PO/MT-XV) for vacancies of 2026-27.

The candidates are required to register for the Common Recruitment Process. The online examination will be two-tier, i.e., it will be held in two phases: Online Preliminary and Online Main. Candidates who qualify in the Online Preliminary examination and are shortlisted will have to appear for the Online Main examination. Shortlisted candidates in the Online Main examination will be called for a Personality Test and subsequently for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Participating Banks and coordinated by the nodal bank.

Depending on the actual vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2026-27, based on the business needs of the Participating Banks and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Banks, keeping in view the spirit of the Government. Guidelines on reservation policy, administrative exigencies, etc. The validity for CRP-PO/MT-XV will automatically expire on the day that is one year after the date of Provisional Allotment or until a fresh provisional allotment is made, whichever is earlier, with or without any notice.

IBPS PO / MT 2025 Important Dates

IBPS PO 2025 Selection Process

The eligible candidate, who is interested in joining any of the Participating Banks as a Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee or in a similar post in that cadre, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP-PO/MT-XV). The examination will be two-tier, i.e., the online examination will be held in two phases, Online Preliminary and Online Main.

Candidates who qualify in the Online Preliminary examination and are shortlisted will have to appear for the Online Main examination. Shortlisted candidates in the Online Main examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview, to be conducted by the Participating Banks and coordinated by the Nodal Bank.

IBPS PO Jobs 2025 Salary Details

Candidates selected for Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts will get a Basic scale of ₹ 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920. Also, the official will be eligible for allowances & perquisites as per the rules of the Participating Bank in force from time to time.

IBPS PO / MT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates intending to apply for CRP-PO/MT-XV should ensure that they fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria specified by IBPS in this notification. Candidates may please note that the eligibility criteria specified is the basic criteria for appointment to the aforesaid posts in the Participating Banks.

Nationality / Citizenship

1. A candidate must be either –
2. a Citizen of India or
3. a subject of Nepal or
4. a subject of Bhutan or
5. a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1^st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
6. a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India,

IBPS PO / MT 2025 Educational Qualification

A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.

IBPS PO / MT 2025 Age Limit

• Minimum: 20 years
• Maximum: 30 years 

i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1995 and not later than 01.07.2005 (both dates inclusive)

Application Fees/ Intimation Charges [Payable from 01.07.2025 to 21.07.2025 (Only online payment), both dates inclusive] shall be as follows:

• Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST) for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
• Rs. 850 /- (inclusive of GST) for all others.

How to Apply

1. Candidates are first required to go to the IBPS’s authorized website www.ibps.in and click on the Home Page to open the link “CRP PO/MT” and then click on the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- PROBATIONARY OFFICERS/ MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (CRP-PO/MT-XII)” to open the On-Line Application Form.
2. Candidates will have click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form. After that a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed.
3. Candidates are required to upload their

• Signature
• Left thumb impression
• A handwritten declaration

as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of documents

4. Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application themselves, as no change in any of the data filled in the online application will be possible/ entertained. Before submission of the online application, candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. No change is permitted after clicking on the FINAL SUBMIT Button. Visually Impaired candidates are responsible for carefully verifying/filling in the details in the online application form correctly, and ensuring that the same are correct before submission, as no change is possible after submission.

Preliminary Examination

Main Examination
