Education & Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements to be eligible for the apprenticeship:
Educational Qualification:
Must have passed High School (Class 10).
Must possess an ITI Certificate (NCVT) in the relevant trade with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks.
Note: Candidates who have passed Standard XII (10+2) with a minimum of 50% marks are considered desirable and will be given priority.
Medical Standards
To ensure candidates are physically fit for the training, the IAF has mandated specific medical standards. Candidates must submit a valid medical certificate issued by a Gazetted Medical Officer during the selection process.
Height: Minimum acceptable height is 152 cm.
Weight: Minimum acceptable weight is 48 Kg.
Hearing: Candidates must have normal hearing and be able to hear a “forced whisper” from a distance of 6 meters with each ear separately.
Dental: Candidates must have healthy gums, a good set of teeth, and a minimum of 14 dental points.
General Health:
Must be free from any active or latent acute or chronic medical/surgical disability.
Must be free from infection or skin ailments.
Must be physically and mentally fit to undergo the course in any climate.
Salary (Stipend)
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend during the training period.
Stipend: Rs. 10,500/- per month.
Other Costs: No TA/DA is provided for attending the selection process; candidates must arrange their own accommodation.
Age Limit
The age limit for candidates is calculated as of February 9, 2025:
General: 17 to 35 Years.
OBC: 17 to 35 Years.
SC / ST: 17 to 35 Years.

- Complete the registration using a valid email ID and mobile number.
- Scan and upload your Class 10 mark sheet, ITI certificate, signature, and left-hand thumb impression.
- Finalize the registration between December 7, 2025, and December 30, 2025.
- Candidates must bring a color printout of the provisional admit card to the examination center.
