Vacancy Details

NHIDCL has announced 64 Associate vacancies distributed across 12 States and Union Territories. Candidates can only apply for the state where they hold a valid domicile certificate.

Education Qualification

To be eligible for the Associate position, candidates must meet specific academic criteria from top-tier institutes:

• Full-time Graduation in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline must be obtained from IITs, NITs, or other institutions ranked within the top 100 in the Engineering category of the NIRF Rankings (for the year of graduation or the preceding year).
• Candidates appearing for their final exams are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their graduation before joining.
• Candidates with 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience can apply.

Salary / Remuneration

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly consultancy fee, which includes all applicable taxes.

• Monthly Pay: Rs. 70,000/- to Rs. 80,000/- per month.

• Increment: Associates are entitled to an annual enhancement of 5% in their consultancy fee.

Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: 30 Years.

• Age relaxation and calculation dates will be applicable as per the specific guidelines mentioned in the official scheme.

Selection Process

The selection for the NHIDCL Associate posts involves the following stages:

1. Screening: Applications will be shortlisted based on eligibility, domicile status, and the ranking of the candidate’s institute (IIT/NIT/NIRF Top 100).
2. Review Committee: The Consultants’ Review Committee (CRC) will oversee the selection and engagement process.
3. Background Verification: A mandatory Background Verification Process (BGV) will be conducted before the final offer.
4. Induction Training: Selected candidates must undergo a 3-day Induction Module and may need to clear Competency Tests.
