The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the results of the National Institute of Fashion Technology Entrance Examination (NIFTEE) on its official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT. Candidates who attended both undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs can check their results using the link below.
The National Testing Agency conducted the Stage 1 of this Entrance Examination for UG and PG Programmes (Regular and NLEA) for NIFT Admissions – 2026 i.e. UG Programmes – Bachelor of Design (B.Des.), Bachelor of Fashion Technology (B.F.Tech.), B.Des. (Artisans) and PG Programmes – Master of Design (M.Des.), Master of Fashion Management (M.F.M.), Master of Fashion Technology (M.F.Tech.) and Lateral Entry Programmes – B.Des. (NLEA), B.F.Tech. (NLEA) for NJFT Admissions – 2026 in 129 centres located in 97 Cities in Hindi and English mediums across India in Computer Based Test (CBT) I Paper Based Test (PBT) mode on 8 February 2026 (Sunday).
NTA NIFT Result 2026
The Stage 1 ans Stage 2 Entrance Examinations for Bachelor of Design (B.Des.), Master of Design (M.Des.), Master of Fashion Management (M.F.M.), Master of Fashion Technology (M.F.Tech.), and Lateral Entry (B.Des. and B.F.Tech.) were successfully conducted on 8 February 2026 (Sunday) in 91 centres located across 81 cities in India, in Hindi and English mediums. Depending on the program, the examinations were held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) or Paper-Based Test (PBT) mode.
Shortlisting for Stage 2 comprising the Situation Test, Studio Test, and/or Personal Interview (as applicable) has been done on the basis of candidates’ performance in Stage 1 and in accordance with the approved category-wise seat matrix and shortlisting criteria laid down by the NIFT.
A total of 21307 unique candidates had registered for the NIFTEE 2026 Stage 1 examination. Since many candidates were required to appear in two separate tests i.e. the General Ability Test (GAT) and the Creative Ability Test (CAT) i.e. depending on their programme, this resulted in a total of 40247 test entries across both shifts. Of these, 35596 test entries were recorded, marking an overall attendance of 88.44%. The shift-wise attendance for Stage 1 is as follows:

- Open the official Website at exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT.
- Check the Public Notices Section on the Home Page.
- Click on the link to open a new window Enter the details such as Application Number, Date of Birth and Enter Security Pin.
- The result will be displayed on the Screen. Take a printout of NIFTEE Score Card.
