Education Details

Candidates must hold a full-time regular ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engg) / MBA / MSW / B.A. from a recognized government institute or university in the relevant trade or discipline. Additionally, candidates must have passed their respective qualifying examinations within the last two years (between 12.03.2024 and 11.03.2026). Part-time, distance, or online education courses are not eligible for this apprenticeship.

Stipend Details

  • ITI Electrician: ₹13,500 per month

  • Diploma (Electrical/Civil): ₹15,000 per month (includes ₹4,000 DBT)

  • Graduate (Electrical/Civil): ₹17,500 per month (includes ₹4,500 DBT)

  • HR Executive / CSR Executive / Rajbhasha Assistant: ₹17,500 per month

  • Note: An additional ₹2,500 per month is provided as House Rent Allowance (HRA) if company accommodation is not availed.

Age Limit

Candidates must have completed a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of application. Age relaxation criteria apply as per standard government rules and the provisions of the Apprentice Act, 1961.

Selection Process

The selection is strictly based on merit. There is no written examination or personal interview for this recruitment.

  • Shortlisting: Applications will be screened, and candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in their prescribed educational qualifications.

  • Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification in a 1:5 ratio against the available training slots.

  • Final Merit List: Candidates who successfully clear the document verification, medical fitness check, and police verification will be engaged in the order of merit.
