Education Details
For Electrician, Mechanic (Diesel), Machinist, Fitter — candidates should have passed 10th (under 10+2 system) with at least 50% marks and must hold an ITI / trade certificate in the relevant trade recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
For Welder (G&E) — minimum education is 8th pass along with ITI in relevant trade.
Certificate must be issued under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as per RBE No. 54/2017 and related notifications) for eligibility.
Stipend
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend under the Apprenticeship Act: ₹ 9,600 to ₹ 11,040 per month — varying depending on trade and year of training.
Age Limit
For Electrician, Mechanic (Diesel), Machinist, Fitter: 15 to 24 years.
For Welder (G&E): 15 to 22 years.
Age relaxation as per rules: OBC (Non‑Creamy Layer) – 5 years; SC/ST – 3 years.

How to Apply
