Educational Qualification
1. VP Wealth (Senior Relationship Manager)
Graduation from a recognized university.
Preferred: MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking) or equivalent.
Additional preferred certifications: NISM V-A, NISM XXI-A, CFP, CFA.
Minimum 6 years of experience in sales/marketing or wealth management.
2. AVP Wealth (Relationship Manager)
Graduation in any discipline.
Post-graduate degree or finance-related certifications preferred.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in wealth management or customer handling roles.
3. Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Graduation in any discipline.
Experience in financial products or customer service will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
