UP BTC Admission Application forms are available on the official website, i.e., updeled.gov.in. Uttar Pradesh D.EI.The ED Admission process for the academic year 2025-26 has started from November 24, 2025. Aspirants who are interested in a Diploma in Elementary Education can apply online till December 15, 2025. The board will not accept offline applications from any candidate. UP DELED released the notification for the UP BTC (Basic Training Certificate) to offer admission to the D.EI.ED in government and private colleges in the State.Based on the Merit, candidates will be shortlisted and scheduled for the counseling process.

UP D.EI.ED (BTC) Eligibility

Candidates should meet eligibility criteria before applying for Admission. Eligibility details are given below.

• The candidate should be an Indian
• Educational Qualification: Candidates should complete graduation in any stream such as Arts, Science, or Commerce from a recognized university with at least 50 %.

Age Limit:
Minimum Age:- 18 Years
Maximum Age:- 35 Years (5 Years Age Relation for BC, SC, ST )

UP D.EI.ED 2025 Selection Process

Candidates will be selected for the Admission process on the basis of Merit and the choices filled by the Candidates. The board will issue the Merit List after scrutiny of all the applications. All the aspirants whose names appear on the merit list should attend the counseling process according to the schedule provided by the Board. UP DELED will not conduct any examination for Admission. Finally, the Board will allot the seats to the candidates on the basis of preference and Choice filling, and availability of Seats.

• UP DELED will receive Applications from the candidates Online only.
• A hard copy of applications is not accepted by the Board
• Candidates must keep all the required documents along with them while filling out the Application
• Aspirants should take care while filling out the applications
• The board will not provide an opportunity to make changes in details in the application form once submitted.

How to Apply

• Visit the official Website of UP DELED i.e. updeled.gov.in
• Click on Apply now on Home Page
• The page redirected to a new page Click on New Registration
• Enter the Required details along with email ID and Phone Number, A user ID and Password Generated
• After completing the registration process, Applicants have to log in with their user ID and Password
• Fill out the Application form with the required details such as Personal Details, Educational Details, etc. with utmost care.
• Upload Scanned copies Photograph, Signature, and Educational Certificates
• Make payment Online using Net banking, Debit card, etc
• Submit the application
• Save the Copy and Take A printout of it for future reference.
