UP Police Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

1. Must be an Indian Citizen
2. Candidates who are Tibetan refugees and migrated to India before 1st January 1962 are also eligible.
3. Indian Origin who have settled permanently in India from countries like Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Kenya, United Republic of Tanzania and Pakistan are also eligible for the Sub Inspectors.

Educational Qualifications

Aspirants who apply for Sub-Inspector Jobs must pass a Graduation Degree from a recognised board/University. Other Details of Education can be obtained from the Notification Link attached below this Article

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 21 Years.

Maximum Age: 28 Years.

i.e. the candidate should not be born before 02-07-1997 and after 01-07-2004. Age Relaxations for SC/ST/BC/PWD and Other Reserved Contenders will be provided as per the rules.
