Salary

Selection Process
The selection process is two-staged and includes a normalizing procedure for the CBT scores due to multiple sessions.
Phase 1: Computer-based Test (CBT)
The test will be an objective-type multiple-choice question pattern, carrying a total of 85 marks.
Candidates will be shortlisted for the next phase in a 1:3 ratio (category-wise) based on their performance in the CBT.
The test covers Domain Knowledge, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Proficiency, and Test of Vernacular (Bengali/Nepali).
Negative Marking: 0.33 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
Phase 2: Personal Interview (Viva-Voce)
This phase carries 15 marks and will be conducted in Kolkata only.
Final Selection:
Final merit is determined by the combined performance in the CBT and Personal Interview.
Selected candidates must also qualify in the Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
