ఈఏపీసెట్‌ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ కన్వీనర్‌ కోటా కౌన్సెలింగ్‌కు 1,13,488 మంది రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ చేసుకోగా.. వెబ్‌ ఐచ్ఛికాల నమోదుకు అర్హత సాధించింది 1,12,285 మంది విద్యార్థులు.  రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా అన్నింటిలో కలిపి 1,51,312 సీట్లు ఉన్నాయి. ఈ ఏడాది మొదటి విడతలో 1.07లక్షల సీట్లు భర్తీ అయ్యాయి. మొదటి కౌన్సెలింగ్‌లో సీట్ల కేటాయింపు తర్వాత 44వేలకు పైగా సీట్లు మిగిలాయి. కోర్‌ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ సివిల్, మెకానికల్, ఈఈఈ లాంటి బ్రాంచిల్లోనే సీట్లు అధికంగా మిగిలిపోతున్నాయి.

The qualified and eligible candidates of APEAPCET-2026 are desirous of seeking admission into B.E/B. Tech Courses are informed that the web counselling process, comprising the payment of processing fee cum registration, online certificate verification, and option entry, will be conducted from 14 to 21 August 2026. The candidates are instructed to follow the guidelines/Instructions to candidates or the user manual to proceed with the web counselling process.

The qualified and eligible candidates of AP EAPCET-2026 (M.P.C. Stream) are informed to participate in web counselling for the seats available in (i) University & Private Engineering Colleges and Private Universities colleges under Convenor quota in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2026-27.

AP EAPCET 2026 Web Counselling Schedule

The Qualified and eligible candidates of APEAPCET-2026, desirous of seeking admission into B.E/B.Tech/Pharmacy Courses are informed that the web counselling process comprising payment of processing fee cum registration, online certificate verification and option entry is being conducted from 20 July 2026. The candidates are instructed to follow the guidelines/Instructions to candidates or the user manual to proceed with the web counselling process.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility norms to participate in AP EAPCET 2026 admissions:

• Nationality & Residence: Candidate must be an Indian National and satisfy local/non-local status rules as mandated by the AP Government.

• Academic Qualification: Must have passed Intermediate / CBSE / ICSE / APOSS / NIOS with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

• Minimum Marks: Candidates must obtain a minimum of 45% marks in group subjects for Open Category (OC) and 40% marks for reserved categories (BC/SC/ST).

• Vocational Candidates: Intermediate Vocational stream students who completed the Bridge Course with Maths and Physical Sciences are eligible.

• Age Requirement:

  • Minimum 16 years of age as of December 31, 2026, for Engineering courses.

  • Minimum 17 years of age as of December 31, 2026, for Pharm D courses.

• Fee Reimbursement Age Limit: To claim tuition fee reimbursement, the maximum age limit as of July 1, 2026, is 25 years for OC candidates and 29 years for BC/SC/ST candidates.

How to Register for AP EAPCET Engineering Counselling 2026

Registration and Payment of Processing Fee:

1. Open the website using https://sche.ap.gov.in and click on EAPCET-2026 ADMISSIONS
2. Then click on the Registration form link
3. Candidates can enter into the Registration form by using “EAPCET Hall Ticket No” and “Date of Birth”
4. The registration form with all the basic information is displayed; please verify all the details.

• If no mistakes are found, accept the declaration, and the candidate will be directed to the payment gateway for the processing fee.
• Suppose any mistake is found in the information provided. In that case, the candidate can use the provision to make changes by selecting the option “yes” from the drop-down box provided
• before the declaration and clicking on the submit button, which will direct the candidate to make any corrections to rectify the mistakes using suitable data with relevant document proofs to be uploaded through online. Then, accept the declaration, and the candidate will be directed to the processing fee payment gateway.
• The processing fee for web counselling is Rs.1200/- (for OC/BC) and Rs. 600/- (for SC/ST). The candidates are instructed to pay online by credit card/ debit card/net banking etc in web site https://sche.ap.gov.in
• All the candidates from 1 to Last Rank can pay the processing fee from 25.11.2026 to 30.10.2026 using URL https://sche.ap.gov.in.

5. Once the payment is successful click on the print button and take a printout.

After completion of this round, Remaining Candidates are informed to exercise their options afresh using their old password, Login Id for the leftover seats now available and consequential vacancies that may arise in the process of allotment, additional seats available in new colleges/courses, if any, from any Help Line Centre or Internet facility (Café/Home) as per the schedule given below. The Candidates Who have not attended for Certificate verification during first phase are directed to get their certificates verified in this second phase from any Help Line Center and exercise options as per the schedule given below.

Certificates Required for AP EAPCET Counselling

The following documents are mandatory to bring during AP EAPCET 2026 Counselling Certificate Verification. The candidates are requested to keep the following certificates before proceeding for Online Web Counselling.

All Original Certificates and two sets of Xerox copies

1. APEAPCET-2026 Rank card.
2. APEAPCET-2026 Hall Ticket.
3. Memorandum of Marks (Inter or its equivalent).
4. Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or equivalent memo).
5. Transfer Certificate ( T.C)
6. Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate
7. EWS certificate valid for the year 2026-25 from MeeSeva for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category
8. Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e. Inter or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates.
9. Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for a period of 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
10. Integrated Community Certificate, in case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority.
11. Income certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after 01.01.2017 or White Ration card (candidate name and either of the parents name have to be reflected in the ration card) those who claim tuition fee reimbursement)
12. Local status certificate (if applicable)i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before 01-June-2026shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
