IIIT Basar, Mahbubnagar Phase-1 Counselling 2025-26: Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies – Basar has released counselling dates for Provisionally Selected candidates for Admission into the 6-Year B.Tech Programme for the Academic Year 2025-26. This year, A Total of 19,877 applications were received from students. Of them, 19,701 belonged to Telangana, while 176 students were from Andhra Pradesh and other states. Candidates falling between serial numbers 1 and 564 are advised to attend the counselling on July 7, while the shortlisted students from serial numbers 565 to 1,128 are suggested to undergo counselling on July 8. The candidates between serial numbers 1,129 and 1,690 can take part in the process on July 9.

Earlier, RGUKT Telangana has announced the list of Provisionally Selected candidates for IIIT Telangana Admissions. A Total of 1,690 students were selected for admission into the engineering course at Basar (1,500 seats) and Mahbubnagar (190 seats) campuses for the academic years 2025–31.
