MJPTBCWREIS B.Sc Agriculture Admission for Women – Eligibility:
- WOMEN candidates of Telangana State are only eligible.
- Parental annual income not exceeding Rs.1,50,000.00 (Rupees one lakh fifty thousand only) for applicants residing in rural areas and Rs. 2,00,000.00 (Rupees two lakh only) for applicants residing in urban areas are eligible.
- a) A pass in two-year Intermediate Examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana State or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the University or Intermediate Board with the following subjects namely:
- Physical Sciences
- Biological Sciences (OR)
- b) A pass in 2 year Diploma in Agriculture/Diploma in Seed Technology / Diploma in Organic Agriculture from PJTSAU.
- Candidates shall qualify either TS-EAMCET-2024 (or) PJTSAU-AGRICET-2024 of Telangana State.

How to Apply
- The candidate shall first go through the information bulletin/Prospectus carefully, available in the website https://mjptbcwreis.telangana.gov.in. If satisfied her eligibility for applying, then only the candidate has to apply.
- The candidate after satisfying herself about the eligibility criteria, shall pay Rs.900/- (Rupees Nine Hundred only) through PAYMENT GATEWAY from 25-11-2024 to 05-12-2024 to enable to submit application online.
- Candidate shall upload all the documents mentioned along with online application.
- Candidate shall produce all the original documents at the time of Counselling for verification.
- Caution deposit and maintenance fee shall be paid at the time of Counselling itself.

Criteria for selection:
- The selection of candidates for all the seats shall be made on the basis of ranks obtained by the candidates in the Telangana State EAMCET-2024 conducted by the Telangana State Council for Higher Education / AGRICET-2024 conducted by the Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad.
- In case of a tie in ranks obtained by two or more candidates in the Telangana State EAMCET-2024/AGRICET-2024, the marks secured in the optional subjects of the qualifying examination (Intermediate or its equivalent/Diploma in Agriculture) shall be taken into consideration. In case of a further tie, the age of the candidate shall be taken into consideration and the older candidate shall be given preference.
Age:
The candidates for admission into B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture course shall be required to have completed 17 years of age with an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of SC and ST candidates; as on 31st December of the year of admission.
SEAT ALLOCATION:
85% seats shall be filled with TS-EAMCET-2024 rankers and 15% seats shall be filled with PJTSAU-AGRICET-2024 rankers of Telangana State in both Colleges as shown below
Original certificates to be produced at the time of counselling:
- SSC Memorandum of Marks or Equivalent Examination Certificate, showing the evidence of the Date of Birth.
- Pass Certificate cum Memorandum of Marks obtained by the applicant in the qualifying examination (Intermediate (10+2) or 2 year Diploma in Agriculture
- /Diploma in Seed Technology/Diploma in Organic Agriculture or its Equivalent Examination).
- Income Certificate for the year 2024-25: The parental annual income not exceeding Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty thousand only) for candidates residing in rural areas and Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakh only) for candidates residing in urban area (Mandatory document)
- TS EAMCET-2024 / PJTSAU-AGRICET-2024 Rank Card.
- Bonafide/Study Certificate from 6th to 12th Class / 6th to Diploma.
- Transfer Certificate of the institute last studied.
- The Social Status Certificate issued by the competent authority of Telangana State in case of applicants belonging to Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
- The latest Income Certificate valid for the year 2024-25 issued by the competent authority in case of applicants belonging to EBC category.
- For Orphans, death certificate of father and mother.
- Candidates have to upload all the above documents along with online application.
