Apprentices will undergo practical industrial training at RCFL’s manufacturing units located at Trombay (Mumbai) and Thal (Raigad District), Maharashtra. Education Details
Candidates must have completed their full-time regular degree, diploma, or certificate course from a recognized board/university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD):
- Accounts Executive: B.Com, BBA, or Graduation with Economics, with basic English and computer knowledge.
- Secretarial Assistant / Recruitment Executive (HR): Any Bachelor’s Degree with basic English and computer knowledge.
- Technician Apprentice (Diploma): Three-year Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline (Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical). Allied engineering branches are not eligible.
- Trade Apprentice (AOCP / LACP): B.Sc. with Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics (Chemistry as the major subject).
- Trade Apprentice (IMCP): B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (Physics as the major subject).
- Trade Apprentice (Class 12th Base): Passed Class 12 (10+2) with Science stream for Boiler Attendant, Electrician, and Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology), or Class 12 in any stream for Horticulture Assistant.
Monthly Stipend & Facilities
Apprentices will receive a consolidated monthly stipend as per government and BOAT Western Region guidelines:
- Graduate Apprentices: ₹17,300 per month (₹11,150 paid by RCFL + ₹6,150 paid directly by BOAT).
- Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: ₹15,900 per month (₹10,450 paid by RCFL + ₹5,450 paid directly by BOAT).
- Trade Apprentices (B.Sc. entry level): ₹17,300 per month (paid entirely by RCFL).
- Trade Apprentices (Class 12th entry level): ₹14,600 per month (paid entirely by RCFL).
- Additional Amenities: Morning tea, breakfast, and a vegetarian lunch thali are provided at the company canteen during training days. Uniforms, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and outpatient (OPD) medical care at RCF Hospital are also provided.
Age Limit
(As of September 1, 2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years.
- Maximum Age: 25 years for unreserved candidates.
- Upper Age Relaxations:
- SC / ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Children/Family members of 1984 riot victims: 5 years
Selection Process
- Merit List Preparation: Candidates will be shortlisted based strictly on the percentage of marks obtained in the final qualifying examination (final year marks or aggregate of the last two semesters).
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be invited via email for verification of their academic records, identity proofs, medical fitness certificate, and category documents.
- Contract Registration: Final engagement is subject to successful document verification and contract approval on the respective National Apprenticeship portal (NATS/NAPS).
