TSBCWRJC CET 2024 Apply MJPTBCWREIS Inter Admission Test

TSBCWRJC CET 2024: Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Telangana Backward Classes Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (MJPTBCWREIS) has released a Notification for the Junior Intermediate admission into M.P.C., Bi.P.C., C.E.C. and M.E.C. groups of 255 BC Residential Junior Colleges for the academic year 2024-25. The TSBCWRJC CET Entrance Exam will be conducted on 21st April 2024. The Online Application Process Starts on 19th February 2024 and will conclude on 12th April 2024. 

Types of Institutions in the Society

• Residential Schools for boys and girls from V to X Class.
• Residential Schools cum Junior Colleges for boys and girls.
• Residential Degree Colleges for Men and Women

At present there are 310 institutions are functioning in the State. The details are as follows:

At present 261 Junior Colleges are functioning in the State. Out of them, 4 colleges are meant for the College of Excellence (COE).

Salient Features of MJPTBCW Residential Junior Colleges:

1. Providing quality education in a Residential mode
2. Individual attention is being paid to each student
3. Loco parent system is implemented to look after and guide the students.
4. Day starts with physical exercise and classes will commence from 7.30 AM and the academic activities will be continued till 9:00 PM.
5. Apart from the academic activities, importance is given to Sports, Games and other Co-curricular activities for the all-round development of students
6. The medium of instruction will be in English.
7. Digital Classes are provided in every classroom.

TSBCWRJC CET 2024 Eligibility

1. The students who have completed SSC (or) its equivalent course in 2023-24 alone are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test. Advanced Supplementary Candidates are not eligible for Admission.
2. 25% of Seats will be reserved for the students who have studied in MJPTBCW Residential Schools and Govt. BC Welfare Hostel Boarders.
3. Annual Income of the Parents/Guardian shall not exceed Rs.1,50,000/- in Rural areas and Rs.2,00,000/- in Urban Areas.

Eligibility

1. The students who have appeared for SSC Examination or its equivalent examination held during 2024 alone are eligible to apply for Admission into the Colleges. The candidates who have passed SSC or its equivalent qualification in the earlier years are not eligible and need not apply.
2. Supplementary/Advance Supplementary appearing candidates are not eligible for Admission.
3. EBC candidates must secure a minimum GPA of 6.0 and others shall secure a minimum GPA of 5.0 in SSC. All the students (EBC and others) must secure GPA of 4.0 in English for admission into Intermediate.
4. Annual Income of the Parents/Guardian shall not exceed Rs.1,50,000/- in Rural areas and Rs.2,00,000/- in Urban Areas.
5. 25% of Seats are reserved for the students studied in MJPTBCW Residential Schools and Govt. BC Welfare Hostel Boarders.
6. 75% of the seats are allotted for other students
7. Govt. BC hostel students should produce certificate issued by the Hostel Welfare Officer concerned at the time of admission.
8. Candidates seeking admission into the Intermediate course at MJPTBC Residential Junior Colleges shall appear for the entrance test on 28-04-2024 in all Districts.
9. The venue of the Examination will be intimated in the Hall Ticket.

TSBCWRJC CET 2024 Reservation

Rule of Reservation will be followed.

• BCs – 75% (BC-A 15%, BC-B 25%, BC-C 3%, BC-D 17%, BC-E 10%, MBC 5%)
• SCs- 15%, STs- 5%, OC/EBC-2% and Orphan- 3%.
• 3% of seats will be filled with differently abled persons within the quota

TSBCWRJC CET 2024 Selection

1. Selection of students for admission will be made based on their merit in the Entrance Examination held in 2024.
2. The rule of Reservation will be followed as detailed above.
3. In case there are any unfilled seats in any category, they will be filled with BC students. The carry forward principle in respect of BC students BC-A to BC-B, BC-B to BC-C, BC-C to BC-D, BC-D to BC-E, BC-E to BC-A and so on will be adopted.
4. 25% of Seats are reserved for the students studied in MJPTBC Residential Schools and Govt. BC Welfare Hostel Boarders. In case there are any unfilled seats will be filled with other merit students.
5. In case there is any shortfall of admissions in any category, as on the date of admission, students from the waiting list in the other category can be admitted.
6. Admissions will be carried out by counselling by a committee constituted by the Secretary at the District level.
7. The admission list will be approved by the Secretary, MJPTBCWREIS.
8. The approved list will be intimated to the students and displayed on the College Notice Board and in the website.

TSBCWRJC CET 2024 Application Fee

Application Fee Rs. 200/-

The candidate after satisfying himself/herself about the eligibility criteria for the submission of application through online shall pay a fee of Rs.200/- through PAYMENT GATEWAY from 28-02-2024 to 12.04.2024 for submission of the application online.

Special Fee, Examination Fee & maintenance charges:

Special fees and examination fees will be paid by the society.

• Caution Deposit @ Rs. 1,000/- will be collected.
• Maintenance charges @ Rs. 1,000/- will be collected.

TSBCWRJC CET 2024 Entrance Test

 Candidates seeking admission into Intermediate courses at MJPTBCW Residential Junior Colleges for the academic year 2024-25 shall apply for the entrance test online by visiting https://mjptbcwreis.telangana.gov.in

 Date of Entrance Examination: 28-04-2024 in all District Headquarters.

Examination Centres: Venue will be intimated in the Hall Ticket.

TSBCWRJC CET 2024 Hall tickets

Candidates can download their Hall tickets from the website https://mjptbcwreis.telangana.gov.in from 21-04-2024 with the reference number allotted to them. Candidates have to download the hall tickets from the website only. No printed hall ticket shall be issued/posted to the candidate.

Without hall ticket, no candidate will be allowed to appear for the examination.

The question paper booklet contains questions in multiple objective types and questions will be given in English and Telugu versions.

TSBCWRJC CET 2024 How to Apply

The candidate shall first go through the information bulletin carefully, available on the website. If satisfied with his/her eligibility for appearing in the entrance test, then only the candidate has to apply. The candidate after satisfying himself/herself about the eligibility criteria, shall pay Rs.200/- through PAYMENT GATEWAY centres from 28.02.2024 to 12.04.2024 to enable to apply online. Date of Entrance Examination: 28-04-2024 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm
