AP ECET Final Phase Counselling 2026 Registration and Web Options: The Department of Higher Education and the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) have announced the revised final phase counselling schedule for AP ECET 2026. Qualified diploma holders in engineering, agricultural engineering, and B.Sc. (Maths) degree holders can now participate in the final phase of web counselling for lateral entry admissions into B.E. and B.Tech courses for the 2026-27 academic year. The APSCHE has published a revised timeline for the final phase of admissions. Candidates must adhere to these exact dates to ensure they do not miss any step of the process.

Application Fee & Registration Details

Candidates who are newly registering for the final phase must pay the mandatory processing fee online.

  • General (OC) and BC Candidates: ₹1,200/-
  • SC and ST Candidates: ₹600/-

Important Registration Rules:

  • Previous Registrations: Candidates who successfully paid the processing fee during the first phase of counselling do not need to pay the fee again.
  • Fresh Applicants: Those who skipped the first phase must log into the official portal, register with their AP ECET details, generate an OTP via their registered mobile number, and pay the fee.
  • Special Categories: There is no physical verification for special categories (NCC, CAP, Sports, etc.) during this final phase.

Eligibility Criteria & Who Can Exercise Web Options

To be eligible for the AP ECET seat allotment, candidates must hold a Diploma or B.Sc. (Maths) degree with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/BC categories). B.Sc. (Maths) candidates will only be considered for seat allotment after the merit list of eligible Diploma holders is completely exhausted.
The following candidates are eligible to exercise web options in the Final Phase:

  • Candidates who secured a seat previously but did not join.
  • Candidates whose certificates are verified but have not secured a seat yet.
  • Candidates whose certificates are verified but did not exercise options in the first phase.
  • Candidates who already reported to an allotted college but wish to slide to a better college/course.
  • Candidates who cancelled their previous allotment.
  • Newly registered candidates whose certificates are verified in the final phase.

(Note: Options selected in the first phase are null and void for this round; all candidates must submit a fresh list of web options. If a candidate receives a new seat in this phase, their previously allotted seat is automatically forfeited and given to the next candidate on the merit list.)

Required Documents for Verification

Candidates are required to upload high-quality PDF scans of the following documents for online verification by Help Line Center (HLC) officials:

  1. AP ECET 2026 Hall Ticket and Rank Card
  2. SSC or Equivalent Marks Memo (as Proof of Date of Birth)
  3. Diploma / B.Sc. (Maths) Degree Marks Memos
  4. Provisional Diploma / Degree Certificate
  5. Study Certificates (Class 7th to Diploma, or Class 9th to Degree for B.Sc. Maths)
  6. Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
  7. Integrated Community Certificate (for BC, SC, ST candidates)
  8. Income Certificate issued on or after January 1, 2023, to claim tuition fee reimbursement
  9. EWS Certificate valid for the 2026-27 academic year (for OC candidates claiming EWS reservation)
  10. Residence / Employer Certificate (for private studied candidates or to prove local/non-local status)

Seat Allotment and College Reporting

Following the conclusion of the web options entry, the final seat allotments will be declared online on August 18, 2026.

  • Checking Allotment: Candidates must log into the portal to check their allotment status and download the provisional allotment order.
  • Mandatory Reporting: Securing the seat requires candidates to complete self-reporting online and subsequently report physically to their allotted institution between August 19 and August 21, 2026.
