Education Details
Executive Trainee (Graduate Engineering): Candidates must possess a full-time regular B.Tech / B.E. degree in the relevant discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Food Technology, IT, Leather Technology). A minimum cumulative aggregate of 65% is required for general categories, and 60% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Executive Trainee (MBA Equivalent): Applicants must hold a recognized MBA, PG Diploma, or PG Degree in relevant specializations (such as Sales & Marketing, Operations, IT, SCM, HR, Logistics, and Finance). The minimum aggregate marks requirement is 65% for general categories and 60% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Salary
Selected Executive Trainees will be placed in the E1 pay scale ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000/-. During the one-year training-cum-probation period, candidates will receive a basic pay of Rs. 40,000/-. Along with the basic pay, the remuneration includes Dearness Allowance (IDA pattern), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and various perks and allowances under the Cafeteria Approach.
Age Limit
The upper age limit is calculated as of 9th June 2026.
Graduate Engineering Positions: Maximum 25 years.
MBA Equivalent Positions: Maximum 27 years.
Age Relaxation: The maximum age is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, and between 10 to 15 years for PwBD candidates based on their category.
Selection Process
The selection procedure for the Executive Trainee positions consists of multiple stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Document Verification (DV)
- Group Discussion (GD) / Group Task (GT) – if applicable
- Personal Interview (PI)
- Medical Test
