MAH 3-Year LLB CET 2026 Exam Details

The MAH 3-Year LLB CET is an online Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted to evaluate the legal aptitude and logical reasoning skills of candidates. The examination is held in multiple shifts across various centers in Maharashtra. This year, the exam structure has been streamlined to 120 questions, focusing more intensely on the core competencies required for the study of law.

Eligibility Details

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates who are in the final year of their graduation are also eligible to apply.
  • Minimum Aggregate Marks:
    • General / OMS / EWS Category: 45% marks.
    • OBC / VJ / NT / SBC Categories (Maharashtra only): 42% marks.
    • SC / ST Categories (Maharashtra only): 40% marks.
  • Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for admission to the 3-year LLB program as per the latest Bar Council of India (BCI) and court guidelines.
  • Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian Citizens. Candidates from other states (OMS) are eligible but will be considered under the Open Category.
