UCEED 2025 Counselling: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, is conducting the counseling process for admission to a B.Des. course at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, IIT Indore, and IIITDM Jabalpur. The UCEED 2025 Counselling starts on March 14, and the Last date for registrations is March 31, 2025.
UCEED 2025 Counselling Process
- Registration
B.Des (IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, IIT Indore and IIITDM Jabalpur)- Only qualified UCEED Applicants can apply. Only one application form against one UCEED registration Number
- Fill your UCEED registration year, number, marks, DIN, date of birth.
- Applicants MUST use the login ID and password created at the time of UCEED application to login to the B.Des application portal.
- Once your UCEED records are verified, you can register with “IITB External User Registration Portal”.
- Login for registered applicant
- Registered Applicant should click ‘Login’ on Admissions Homepage.
- Type in your Registered email id and Password as registered with “IITB External User Registration Portal”, and click ‘Login’.
- Click “Sign in With Google” if you have registered using gmail id.
- Filling of ONLINE Application by the Registered Applicant (after login)
- Fill personal details to get rest of the links.All fields on personal information form is mandatory.Click on “Save Personal Information” to save the form.
- Fill qualification details and click on “Save qualification Details”. First three rows are mandatory.
- Fill institute preferences.
- Payment
- Application Fee is Rs.4000
- Online payment can be made by clicking on ‘Pay Online’.
- Upload signed form
- Once form is submitted, print, sign, scan and upload the signed form
- Your application is not completed till you upload signed form.
- Click on “Submit Form” to submit the form for further processing
- ONLINE Application will be processed only if ‘Signed Form’ is uploaded.
- Do not keep the page idle for more than 30 minutes, otherwise the session will expire.
- Documents to be Uploaded
- Upload scanned Caste Certificate [ OBC-NC/SC/ST ] if applicable (of type PDF) with size less than 500 kb.
- Upload scanned PwD certificate if applicable (of type PDF) with size less than 500 kb.
- Upload scanned Age proof certificate if applicable (of type PDF) with size less than 500 kb.
- Upload scanned Nationality certificate if applicable (of type PDF) with size less than 500 kb.

UCEED 2025 1st round Seat Allotment Result: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, completed the 1st round of UCEED counseling process on April 2, 2025. Here are the details of the Seat Allotment Schedule for B.Des Admission 2025-26.
UCEED 2025 Seat Allotment
FIVE rounds of seat allocation will be conducted. The schedule for the seat allocation rounds is given below. However, the seat allocation will be closed once the seats are filled. A seat will be provisionally allotted based on the applicant’s All India Rank (AIR) in UCEED 2025, category, and choice of institutes. Selected candidates will be sent provisional allotment letters via their registered email. They will be directed to an online payment system to remit the Seat Acceptance Fee of ₹60,000 (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) for GEN/EWS/OBC-NCL and ₹ 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) for SC/ST/PwD.

PwD reservation is 5% horizontal. The PwD seats are carved from the respective birth category. The unfilled seats will return to the original category.

How to Check
- Step 1 : Visit the official website : uceed.iitb.ac.in.
- Step 2 : Click on the Results tab and select UCEED 2025 Results.
- Step 3 : Under the ” UCEED 2025″, click on Results (Declared on 1st March 2025)
- Step 4 : Enter your examination Roll Number and Other details like Date of Birth, Captcha if required. Then click on Submit
- Step 5 : Download your result and take a print out for further reference
