AIMA MAT Exam Details

MAT is designed to assess the candidate’s aptitude in various areas like language, mathematics, reasoning, and business awareness. The exam consists of five sections:

  • Language Comprehension
  • Intelligence and Critical Reasoning
  • Data Analysis and Sufficiency
  • Mathematical Skills
  • Economic and Business Environment

The total duration for the exam is 120 minutes, and there will be a total of 150 questions. Each correct answer carries 1 mark, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

AIMA MAT Eligibility Details

To be eligible for MAT December 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university.

  • Candidates in the final year of their undergraduate program are also eligible to apply.

  • There is no age limit for appearing in the MAT exam.

  • Single Mode (PBT or CBT): Rs. 2,200

  • Both Modes (PBT + CBT): Rs. 3,800
