AP Grama Sachivalayam Jobs Notification 2023 Details: AP Panchayat raj Department is planning to Release a Fresh Notification again to Recruit the 14523 recent vacancies in AP Grama & Ward Sachivalayam.

సచివాలయాల్లో  1,896 పశుసంవర్ధక సహాయక పోస్టుల భర్తీ 

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలోని  సచివాలయాల్లో ఖాళీ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి మూడవ నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేయనున్నట్లు తెలిపింది. రాష్ట్రంలోని పశుపోషకులకు రైతు భరోసా కేంద్రాల ద్వారా ఇంటి వద్దనే పశువైద్యం అందించాలనే లక్ష్యంతో రైతు భరోసా కేంద్రాల్లో ఖాళీగా ఉన్న 1,896 పశుసంవర్ధక సహాయక పోస్టుల నియామకాన్ని చేపడుతున్నట్లు రాష్ట్ర పశుసంవర్ధక శాఖ మంత్రి సీదిరి అప్పలరాజు బుధవారం ఓ ప్రకటనలో తెలిపారు. ఇప్పటి వరకు తొలి విడతలో 3,033, రెండో విడతలో 1,619 పశుసంవర్ధక సహాయకులను నియమించామని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఈ ప్రక్రియ పూర్తి పారదర్శకంగా నిర్వహించామని, త్వరలో చేపట్టనున్న ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీని కూడా పూర్తి పారదర్శకంగా చేపడతామని స్పష్టం చేశారు. నవంబర్ మొదటి వారంలో నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ చేయనున్నామని, డిసెంబర్ రెండో వారంలో పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించేందుకు ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తున్నామన్నారు. పశుసంవర్ధక సహాయకుల పోస్టులకు యానిమల్ హస్బెండరీ పాలిటెక్నిక్ కోర్స్ కంప్లీట్ అయిన అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. కేటగిరీ-1 పోస్టులకు ఏదైనా డిగ్రీ విద్యార్హత కలిగిన అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవడానికి అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.

Educational Qualification

• Panchayat Secretary (Grade-V) – Must have passed the Degree from any University
• Village Revenue Officer (Grade-II) – Must have passed Secondary School Certificate Examination
• Animal Husbandry Assistant – Two years Animal Husbandry Polytechnic Course conducted by Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati, OR Intermediate Vocational course in Dairying and Poultry Sciences as one of the subjects of study / two years Poultry Diploma Course.
• Village Fisheries Assistant – Must have passed Fisheries Polytechnic Diploma from any recognized university /Technical Board
• Village Horticulture Assistant – Must Possess 4 years B.Sc Horticulture / B.Sc (Hons) Horticulture & Must Possess 2 years Diploma in Horticulture
• Village Agriculture Assistant (Grade-II) – Must have passed the 4 Years B.Sc, (Agriculture)(OR)4 Years B.Tech (Agriculture Engineering)

మిగిలిపోయిన సచివాలయ ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి మరో నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీ చేసేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం సిద్ధమైంది. ఇందుకు వీలుగా జిల్లాల్లో పోస్టుల వారీగా ఖాళీగా ఉన్న ఉద్యోగాల వివరాలను సేకరిస్తున్నారు. ఏ జిల్లాలో ఏ పోస్టులో ఎన్ని ఉద్యోగాలు భర్తీ కాకుండా మిగిలిపోయాయో సోమవారం సాయంత్రం నాటికి తెలపాలంటూ పంచాయతీరాజ్‌ కమిషనర్‌ గిరిజా శంకర్‌ ఆదివారం అన్ని జిల్లాల కలెక్టర్లకు సమాచారమిచ్చారు. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీ సామాజికవర్గాల వారీగా ఖాళీ పోస్టుల వివరాలను పంపాలని సూచించారు. అనంతరం ఆ వివరాలను సంబంధిత శాఖలకు పంపి నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీకి చర్యలు చేపట్టనున్నట్టు పంచాయతీరాజ్‌ శాఖ అధికారులు వివరించారు.
సచివాలయాల్లో తొమ్మిది రకాలైన 1,26,728 ఉద్యోగాల్లో ఇప్పటివరకు 1.20 లక్షల మందిని ఎంపిక చేశారు. వీరిలో 1.10 లక్షల మంది ఉద్యోగంలో చేరేందుకు సమ్మతి తెలిపారు. ఇందులో 75 వేల మందికిపైగా శిక్షణ పొందుతున్నారు. ఒకే వ్యక్తి రెండు, మూడు ఉద్యోగాలకు ఎంపిక కావటం, కొందరు వ్యక్తిగత కారణాలతో ఇంకా చేరకపోవటం వంటి పరిణామాలు చోటుచేసుకున్నాయి. కొన్ని ఉద్యోగాలకు తగినన్ని దరఖాస్తులు రాలేదు. క్రీడా కోటా కింద పోస్టులు ఇంకా పూర్తిగా భర్తీ కాలేదు. వీటన్నింటిని సాధ్యమైనంత వేగంగా పూర్తి చేయాలన్న ప్రభుత్వ తాజా ఆదేశాలతో అధికారుల్లో హడావుడి మొదలైంది.
పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికలకు ప్రకటన (నోటిఫికేషన్‌) వెలువడేలోగానే గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాల్లో ఖాళీగా ఉన్న ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. వచ్చే నెల 1 నుంచి సచివాలయ వ్యవస్థ అందుబాటులోకి రానుంది. నెలాఖరులోగా నియామకాలన్నీ పూర్తి చేయాలని, అప్పటికీ మిగిలిన పోస్టుల కోసం మరోసారి నోటిఫికేషన్‌ కోసం ప్రభుత్వానికి ప్రతిపాదనలు పంపాలని అధికారులు భావిస్తున్నారు.

* క్రీడా కోటా కింద మూడు కేటగిరీల్లో సుమారు 2,300 ఉద్యోగ నియామకాల కోసం తదుపరి చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నారు. వీటి భర్తీ కోసం కలెక్టర్లు జిల్లా కమిటీలకు ఆదేశాలివ్వనున్నారు.
* ఏఎన్‌ఎం/వార్డు వైద్య కార్యదర్శికి సంబంధించిన 13,540 ఉద్యోగాల్లో మిగిలినవి హైకోర్టు తాజా ఆదేశాలపై భర్తీ చేసేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నారు. ఈ పోస్టుల్లో బహుళ ప్రయోజన వైద్య సహాయకుల (ఎంపీహెచ్‌ఏ, పురుషులు) నియామకం కోసం ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తున్నారు.
* పశుసంవర్థక సహాయకుల్లో మిగిలిన పోస్టుల భర్తీకి తదుపరి చర్యలపైనా దృష్టి సారించారు. 9,886 ఉద్యోగాలకు కేవలం 6,265 మంది దరఖాస్తు చేశారు.
* మూడు కేటగిరీల్లో ప్రత్యేకించి కొన్ని వర్గాలకు, విభాగాలకు కేటాయించిన ఉద్యోగాల్లో 15 వేలకుపైగా ఉద్యోగాలు మిగలొచ్చని అధికారులు అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు. ఖాళీలపై పది రోజుల్లో మరింత స్పష్టత వస్తుందని చెబుతున్నారు.

The fee once remitted shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Failure to pay the examination fee and application fee (in non-exempt case) will entitle total rejection  of application.

Note: The candidates on selection and appointment will be paid Rs: 15,000/- PM as consolidated pay for a period of two (02) years. They will be given regular scale of pay after satisfactory completion of two (02) years probation. How to apply Grama Sachivalayam Recruitment 2019

Before applying for the post, an applicant shall register his/her bio-data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Website viz., https://gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in. Once applicant registers his/her particulars, a user ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTPR user ID through the above said website.
STEP-I: Candidates applying for the first time for any notification has to first fill the One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) application carefully  to  obtain  OTPR ID in the website (https://gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in ) while filling the OTPR, the candidate has to ensure that the particulars are filled correctly. The Department bears no responsibility for the mistakes, if any, made by the candidates. If candidates choose to modify, they may click the button “Edit” and make required changes. Thereafter, click the button “submit the registration” to save details and obtain OTPR ID, and proceed to STEP-II (If candidates have already registered and have the OTPR ID, then he/she can proceed to STEP-II Directly.)
STEP-II: The applicant has to login in the website( https://gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in) with the username OTPR ID and the Password (Date of Birth) given by Candidate. After Login, the applicant has to click on the “Submit Online Application” in the home page. After successful Submission of Application, application ID will be generated. Applicant has to proceed to the payment form.
STEP-III: PAYMENT PROCESS: After Submission of Online Application, the applicant has to click on the payment link. The basic details required for calculation of the fee  and age relaxation  will be pre-populated.  The applicant has to verify all the details that are displayed. Once the payment form is submitted, the respective details pertaining to payment made will not be altered in any stage of application processing. On successful payment, the reference ID  is generated which indicates completionof Registration. In case if the payment process is not successful, then the applicant should initiate fresh payment.
NOTE: Applicant shall note that the data displayed from OTPR at the time of submitting the application will be considered for the purpose of this notification only. Any changes made by the applicant to OTPR data at a later date shall not  be considered for the notification on hand.

Important Note:

1.  The Department is not responsible, for any omissions by the applicant in bio-data particulars while submitting the application form online. The applicants are therefore, advised to strictly follow the instructions given in the user manual.
2. All the candidates are requested to submit their application with correct data. It is noticed that some of the candidates are requesting for change in the data, after submission of the application. It is informed that such requests shall be allowed on payment of Rs.100/- (Rupees Hundred Only) for each correction. However changes are not allowed for Name, Fee and age relaxation. No manual application for corrections shall be entertained. Corrections in the applications will be permitted till the last date of the submission of application.
3. The particulars furnished by the applicant in the Application Form will be taken as final. Candidates should, therefore, be very careful in Uploading / Submitting the Application Form online.
4. Incomplete/incorrect application forms will be summarily rejected. The information if any furnished by the candidate subsequently will not be entertained by the Department under any circumstances. Applicants should be careful in filling-up the application form and submission. If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, the candidature will be rejected even though he/she comes to the final stage of recruitment process or even at a later stage and also liable for punishment as per para 16.1 of this notification.
5. Before Uploading/Submission Application Form, the Candidates should carefully ensure his/her eligibility for this examination. No relevant column of the application form should be left blank; otherwise application form will not be accepted.

CENTRES FOR THE WRITTEN EXAMINATIONS

The candidate has to choose a district of his/her choice for appearing for the OMR based written examination. He/she can accordingly indicate the order of preference of 3 districts among which he/she will be allotted to one of the examination centres as per administrative convenience. However best effort will be made to accommodate the candidate in 1st or 2nd choice district.
